For any service I conduct, I look for two things. Those are a comfort with the depth of the relationship and a certainty that the couple has an appreciation for the lifetime commitment being undertaken.

Our preliminary phone conversation is a chance for us to determine if I am the appropriate person to provide the service you are seeking. When we are in agreement that my services would be a beneficial addition to your day, we can schedule a two-hour working session.

The working session is generally conducted at a convenient meeting place and it is always fun and informative. This is our chance to meet and define the spirit and details of your ceremony.

We will cover the history of your relationship, discuss the people and traditions that are important to you, and resolve any questions or concerns you have regarding the ceremony.

Some couples choose to prepare for our discussions by gathering readings or ideas they would like to see incorporated into the celebration. Other couples rely completely on the resources I provide. Either approach is welcome.

I have available a wide selection of ceremony and reading options for your review. Using your input, my resources, and an interview process designed to create your ideal ceremony, we will quickly develop a plan. Rest assured that you will leave the working session with a clear expectation of what your ceremony will include and how it will flow.

In my mind, humor and joy are a part of any celebration. I am happy to participate in tasteful light-hearted and/or themed weddings and commitments. I pride myself on providing a relaxed and comfortable environment for any ceremony, be it traditional or unusual.

Ceremonies I perform are not restricted to or associated with any religious denomination. Incorporating and honoring your faith and beliefs through specifically selected readings by the couple, family and friends is a lovely way to personalize your service.
